Terms and SMS Terms

These terms govern use of the EventWell platform. Each catering business remains responsible for the accuracy of its offers, quotes, menus, event services, customer communications, and compliance obligations.
SMS program
When you affirmatively opt in, the catering business identified in the message may send customer-care, quote, event, scheduling, and follow-up texts using EventWell. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message frequency varies with your inquiry and event activity.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
After STOP, one confirmation message may be sent and no additional messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Supported opt-out words may also include STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT.
Acceptable use
Customers may send only lawful messages to recipients with an appropriate consent record. Purchased, rented, scraped, or shared contact lists are prohibited. Customers must honor opt-outs, use approved campaign purposes, and avoid deceptive, abusive, or restricted content.
Prepaid SMS credits
SMS features may require prepaid credits. EventWell deducts credits based on message segments and may charge separately for phone-number or registration costs shown before purchase. Credits are not legal tender and are non-transferable. Required refunds, corrections, or chargebacks are reflected in the account ledger.
Availability and suspension
Messaging depends on carriers and third-party networks and is not guaranteed. EventWell may suspend sending to protect recipients, prevent fraud, enforce opt-outs, address insufficient balance, or comply with carrier or legal requirements.
